"My name is David and I recently used Attorney Ryan Hanzelik for an injury case. Back in the fall of 2010 I was in a parking lot at a convenient store. Due to several holes in the parking lot, in places they should not have been, I stepped in one of the holes, tearing all of the ligaments in my ankle. I tried to contact the office headquaters for the convenient store several times and my phone calls and letters went unanswered. I then contacted Mr. Hanzelik about my injury and the lack of responses I had received from the convenient store. The store was basically not accepting responsibility for their faulty parking lot.
